Agroecology in the DRC, the Institut Superieur Developpement Rural ISDR Kindu and the Institut Supérieur d'Etudes Agronomiques et Veterinaire ISEAV Maniema have been equipped with a stable Starlink internet kit to help local researchers carry out research on agroecology, food sovereignty and the conservation of biodiversity and the preservation of the Congo Basin forests. This is part of the DRC's agro-ecology project in the Congo Basin to halt the pressure on forests. From now on, science will be behind pioneering indigenous knowledge in agroecological practices in the DRC. This project is run by the Congo Basin Conservation Society CBCS-Network, with the support of its partners.
